DVD Playback

If you insert a DVD Video disk while you are in Live TV mode or Setup

mode, the following pop-up message will be displayed for a few

seconds;

If you press the

button while this message is showing, the DP-S1

will immediately switch to File Playback mode and begin playing the

DVD title.

If the pop-up message has disappeared, or if you are already in File

Playback mode, select the “DVD” icon on the left menu and the

following pop-up message will appear;

Press the

button to begin playing the DVD title.

NOTE



If you load a DVD data disk or a DVD Video disk while a recording is

in progress, it may cause a short break in the recording.



If you start playing a DVD Video disk while a recording is in progress,

it may cause a short break in the recording.



Playing files from a DVD data disk will not cause a break in a

recording.
